STRION LASER and Qilu Institute of Optics Announce Strategic Partnership to Drive Innovation in the Laser Industry

On December 7, STRION LASER (Sichuan Strongest Laser Technology Co., Ltd) and the Qilu Institute of Optical Physics and Engineering officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Chengdu. The two parties will establish a long-term and sustainable partnership, leveraging shared resources and complementary strengths to jointly drive technological innovation and industrial advancement in the optoelectronics field.
At the start of the event, both sides visited STRION LASER’s corporate showroom and optical product manufacturing workshop. The delegation listened to STRION LASER’s presentation on its core product portfolio and advanced manufacturing processes for high-power fiber lasers. This presentation received high praise from the visiting leaders, highlighting the company’s strong capabilities in technological innovation and industrialization.


The symposium was hosted by Li Xiaolong, Marketing Director of STRION LASER. Chairman Li Qi extended a warm welcome to the visiting leadership and provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s development, technical strengths, and industrial layout. He noted that the signing marks a new stage in the partnership and expressed confidence that both sides will identify key areas of synergy, align closely with market needs and emerging technologies, and jointly build a full innovation-to-application value chain to advance substantive and sustainable cooperation.

Jinan Municipal First-Level Inspector Ji Peide spoke highly of STRION LASER’s technological innovation and product strength. He noted that Jinan is accelerating industrial upgrading and has cultivated a series of distinctive and competitive industrial clusters. He expressed hope that STRION LASER would integrate into Jinan’s industrial landscape and become a new engine for growth. Ji emphasized that enterprises should actively align with the national innovation system and deepen collaborative innovation, encouraging both parties to use this partnership as a platform to explore new directions, create new application scenarios, and achieve mutually beneficial development at a higher level.
At the meeting, Peng Wenbo, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Jinan Science and Technology Bureau, highlighted the city’s strong business environment and robust industrial ecosystem. He stated that Jinan places great importance on high-potential technology enterprises and warmly welcomes STRION LASER to develop its presence in the city. Peng also noted that Jinan has established a strong cluster of companies in low-altitude security and related fields, providing ample opportunities for future collaboration between the two sides.
