STRUCTURE

(Modular Design)
Modular Design: The main components of the welder are designed with a modular architecture. The condenser undergoes multi-layer waterproof treatment, while the electrical and optical compartments are completely separated and enclosed for added protection.
Excellent Sealing: All joints of the welder’s main unit are coated with Q/HDXK-standard industrial-grade sealing adhesive. After extensive high- and low-temperature validation and aging tests, the sealing performance at the joints proves to be highly effective, providing a high level of long-term waterproof protection.
Integrated Welding Gun and Armor Cable: The integrated interface between the welding gun and the armor cable effectively prevents water ingress. The internal optical path of the welding gun is also sealed, ensuring normal operation even in the event of water infiltration.

Dust-Free Production Environment: All manufacturing takes place in a dust-free workshop equipped with comprehensive production and testing facilities, including Class 10,000 cleanrooms and a full suite of modern laboratory instruments.
Strict Quality Control: Every stage of production for both the welder’s main unit and the welding gun undergoes rigorous quality inspection. Each process is overseen by dedicated personnel to ensure precision and consistency.
Standardized Procedures: A fully standardized assembly process is followed—every detail, from the torque of a single screw to the amount of sealing adhesive applied, is strictly controlled to ensure the highest level of manufacturing precision.
HARDWARE

High-Quality Components: The welder’s electronic circuitry uses high-grade, durable components, with key laser-related parts developed and manufactured in-house to ensure performance and reliability.
IP-Rated Waterproofing: Selected hardware components have passed IP-level waterproof testing. Connectors are equipped with aviation-grade plugs for enhanced durability and protection.
Triple PCB Protection: The PCB boards undergo triple protective treatment—against mold, moisture, and salt spray. They have passed rigorous testing and offer strong waterproof performance, even under X3-level water spray conditions.
