Welding wire quality or condition is abnormal
The surface of the wire adsorbs moisture, oil or impurities, resulting in increased wire feeding resistance or even stuck.
Wire diameter does not match the wheel parameters (e.g. diameter too large or too small).
Wear or failure of wire feeder components
Worn feed wheels, loose springs, or improper pressure adjustment, resulting in insufficient or excessive friction.
The wire feed tube is bent, clogged, or has an increase in internal burs.
Improper parameter setting
The wire feed speed does not match the welding power or welding speed (e.g., the wire feed is too fast or too slow), resulting in the wire piling up or breaking.
